...today I was a side of beef...

Poem Artwork

With the emphasis on HELL,

As in Hot as hell, they say the liberty bell,

Is sweatin’, and the ghosts of the past have requested A/C,

But you know for certain I got what I need for me…

9:30 at night and no relief,

90 degrees with 75% humidity,

Was out today and felt like a side of beef,

Even though my visit into the sun was brief…

Thoroughly drained of energy,

Home I got & took a nap,

My A/C so good I fast felt like a popsicle,

I am staying in tonight, though tomorrow I have to work,

I’d rather work inside, but could you see me as a soda jerk…?

[Yeah Kostro & Hull, I am certain u will pick up on that “JERK” part…]

                     !!LOL!!

I can see you as all sorts of Jerk Bro, but not a Soda Jerk. You're probably best known as a Whining Jerk. And of course Dear Old Ma calls you a 'F...... Jerk!'

I look forward to hearing what type of Jerk Mr. Hull and old Cuz Cur think you are!!

Sincerely,
Mr. Kostro

This is hilarious! The picture reminds me of that old song "if I were a side of beef and you were a lady, would you marry me any how, would you have my baby." lol
