Humorish, as I can't figure what else to post this under...

An old hippie lives here,
He tends to be rather grumpy,
But there is no need to fear,
He has many a peer,
But rarely do they here appear…

Of his home he does now hang around,
As his life is kind of winding down,
And surprisingly, his mind is still “somewhat” sound…

He likes to hear himself speak,
Good health is what he does seek,
And for the most part he has it,
Though every now & again,
His plumbing does spring a leak…
