RUFUZ WINS…
Imagine, if you will, Rufuz winning a Pulitzer prize,
For his writings on authors den,
They would have to make the prize a bit more his size,
To the podium to accept, he would rise,
Decked out in his doggie tuxedo,
With his daddy at his feet wearing only a collar and leash.
Being a dog that is so wise,
His acceptance speech would be short,
Thanking those that have helped him,
While patting daddy on the head.
No, no, no daddy, don’t lift your leg there,
While the audience does stare,
Okay, says Rufuz, it is time to retire to the concessionaire,
To drink water and eat biscuits with the other dogs,
The audience is made of doggies, with their masters,
Some masters have pretty hairdos, some have diamond collars,
But they all have in common, their love for their daddies,
So this moment, we do seize,
For it likely won’t happen again,
And proclaim to the world, that dogs rule,
And with that there are none to appease.
