Predicted Weather, Again Wrong...

Is the weatherman ever really right?

Predicted Weather,

          Again Wrong…

The weatherman did it again,

   Predicted snow, he did,

       But we got rain.

Not such a big thing,

As rain is easier to deal,

But am tired of living where it’s better to be a seal,

Rain coming down heavy now,

Flooding the campground as usual,

Making it seem more of lake,

Better to live on a boat in NJ, of late.

Does it sound as if I am complaining?

I know it does,

For what else have I got to do?

Because to step outside for more than a moment,

I won’t be in need of a shower this day,

Too bad it does nothing to clean my clothes, in some way,

I yearn, I must say,

For that of a few warming suns rays,

To dry up the ground,

And make it easier to get around…

Well he wasn't exactly wrong.......It blew north then a bit west and its here! Just enough to make the ground white and so far it looks like it is staying this time. Thanks for the sharing.

We'll never know how the wind blows;
nor will we ever know which side of the bed
the weatherman woke up from -
Different side sees different views.

Ho-Ho-Ho!
The wind will blow.

Haw-Haw-Haw!
The snow will fall.

...and Santa Claus is still on his way
to bring goodies for all the play.
