NO BLOG…
Got no blog,
Whatever the hell that is anyway,
Can someone out there respond in kind?
And explain to me what a blog is, in someway…
Maybe if I understood the damn thing,
I could make one up and attract others to read it,
But till I know just what it is, I cannot,
In my right or left, for that matter, mind,
Make one up for all to see…
So till that time,
I will not have a blog, hell my computer speller,
Has no idea either as to what a blog is,
That should say something, hell, not even AOL’s dictionary knows…
So till I find out, just what it is I am supposed to know,
For now I will just in every way forego,
The writing of my blog, and that is how it will go…

Blog is an internet word made up presumably from the word “Log” which is a chronographically arranged record of events or progress.
Blog being its E-journal equivalent .
In the case of poetry site’s it could also be described as a vanity page or resume of the authors presumed achievements or progress.
Blogging, which is an old dialect word, of which its nearest reference would possibly be hustling.
So the word like most of these internet words is indeed an unfortunate choice,
To use the definition E-log would have possibly been more appropriate.
In the good old days when employers had an attribute called common sense, and steered their ships by the seat of their pants, such a resume was taken with a pinch of salt.
Now BA.s apparently comes in corn flake packets.
Qualification as akin to mobile telephones everyone has one?
Don’t know if that helps.
The question that I all ways asked perspective employee’s was now that we know what you don’t know; let us endeavour to find out, what you do know.
The answers though mostly very dull, where all so at times, very revealing.
