Whatta you gonna do with a common sense Daughter?

Hunting's Great, They Got All Eight!

When your Big Game hunting experiences are so well known by all,
You’ve got so many trophies in your house and hanging on the wall,

But your charming daughter’s opinion, voiced in her Mother’s way,
Was not the Macho image that you want on display,

Your friends are all quite taken with your hunting expertise.
Their awe and admiration , your pride was sure to please,

There were eight big birds in that box, the hunting would be great,
You said , Hey let’s turn ‘em loose it’s already gittin late,

Anticipation quickened, they each checked their gun,
The dogs were all excited, just itching for a run,

Your daughter said, I’m not a shooter but this hunt I made quite pleasant,
Especially when you’re talking about those eight big penned up pheasant,

Her Dad was truly horrified and all his friends as well,
When she said , Heck, I just rung their necks and saved you all your shells.
