Let's begin Monday with an inspiring weight loss procedure.

Weight Loss

The lady said , I’m overweight by more than just a bunch
So I offered her a dietary fruit and salad lunch,

Said I think I’ll take your offer, it’s the best I’ve got,
I know I’m overeating by way more than a lot,

I joined up for a one hour weight loss session at the gym,
Was told that it’s the only way of me ever getting slim,

The routines were so easy, it was a piece of cake,
I had no idea of the horrible size of this mistake,

Oh God what a nightmare, I was a fool to try,
My every muscle screaming, I wish that I could die,

Stretching , twisting , bending, I’m covered up in sweat,
From my hairdo to my toenails , I was soaking wet,

I never saw how my condition could ever be so bad,
I’m giving up on skinny, I’ll stick with what I had,

Nothing but the torture ,straining, and the pain,
This is more than murder, it bordered on insane,

Crap! my session ended! But, I’m still fighting hard,
Still trying to get into those G-Damn leotards!

Getting dressed appropriately for the occasion is half the battle. In this case, only about 1/4!

I'm amazed at how many people are opting for surgery so they can continue to eat badly, continue their sedimentary lifestyles, and grow their stomachs big enough, that the do it all over again.

What I've seen of rodeo stars and ranchers, work on the place keep some stomachs and six-packs in shape and trim well into old age.

It all seemed to be such a natural weight loss procedure until the nice punch line. Still laughing as I'm trying to shed a few pounds my self. Thankfully leotards are not part of my attire.
