Psalms 52

I couldn’t get no sleep; the Preacher laid it out so neat
With Psalms 52 He got me worried about deceit

The IRS, I owed a bundle, but I had fudged it some,
Maybe I should pay up before the reckoning come,

Well I struggled with it daily and still couldn’t get no sleep,
I finally wrote the check out and breathed a sigh of great relief,

I mailed them a full hundred and fifty, that should do the trick,
I felt real good about it, that was simple and really quick ,

Then that night at bed time, I’m feeling the very best,
Let’s see if I can sleep tonight; if not, I’ll send the rest!
