Preachers are known as men of the cloth. But,I don't think that means Band Aids and bandages.

Holy Bear

I’m not here to judge anyone,
But I heard what these preachers done.

Each was a man of different belief,
But what they planned was instant grief.

There’s three black bears just east of here,
I think they’re tame so have no fear,

Said the Pastor , Rabbi and the Priest,
Let’s bring the Gospel to these beasts,

Two weeks later they reconvened,
To tell their stories of bears redeemed,

Pastor said, I preached with spirit Bear was mystified,
Then my sermon ended with the bear baptized.

Priest was taken with this amazing tale,
And said my brother , I was sure I’d fail,

I preached him scripture the good and bad,
Then he drank all the holy water that I had,

I’m sure he’s converted, he hugged me so,
Took my crucifix before he’d go,

My God ! Rabbi what happened to you,
You’re beat to Hell, what did you do?

Said, I’m giving up on this Bear commission,
Guess I shouldn’t have started with the circumcision.
