Ranger Davis here, Let me see your hunt permit,
No mister ; your hunting license, this Charge card isn’t it,

No that’s a parking ticket . Don’t you know where it’s at?
No it’s not a pin on, that’s a fishing permit on your hat,

Say you’re a politician and this here is your district,
Your religion don’t impress me , hunting laws are pretty strict,

Hey now that’s better , ,it’s that red and purple one,
But , it’s a major violation , just what you have done,

I hate tell you but that ain’t no doe tag, that you show,
There’s a five hundred dollar fine, or maybe more you know?

Ranger Davis, every Rule book, is always full of flaws,
And our government’s doing away, with all these old antique laws,

And this time, my friend , you’re really outta luck,
You see this particular Doe, done Identified as a Buck!
