"Handle" with Care

She was big and really untrained, but we needed help a plenty,
There were a number of openings, But Nurses weren’t that many,

I tried to train the rookies and teach them the best I could ,
This one was a challenge and didn’t learn too good,

I often thought; I think she’s kinda challenged on her own,
I gotta report from Urgent Care that she wasn’t to be left alone,

It seems some elderly patients were upset and complaining,
Guess I’ve gotta see what gives and get a little explaining,

An angry group of patients, the worse I’d ever find,
It had to do with placing bed pans for the men confined,

And right away I saw the reason , one I’d never dreamed,
“Nurse! You lift him by his buttocks! It’s no wonder that he screamed !!! “
