Autumn is a wondrous time , when Summer turns to Fall , a myriad of colors light up the wood , and entrance us all ,
dainty bluebells , pink anemones , yellow wallflower , white snowdrops , and weeping golden laburnum paint a kaliedescope of joy .
Under my feet , a soft eiderdown carpet has fallen from above to the ground , no sound emanates , as I meander around , and wherever I look , the golden and russet tints
on the trees , show Mother Nature's Delight .
I place in my hand , the Emblem of Canada , picked from the ground , this one will do , to bookmark the year .

Colorful images come to mind of such walks, apparently you found a maple leaf....:)and you display a love for nature.

..Oh how often I have taken such walks to revel int the colours of life the seasons..the wonder of Gaia in her splendour..
