I went on that seashore walk right along with your words. Can't but agree with content. Beautiful offering of peace. Read your last stanza again, just now: hard thing for most to accomplish, certainly hard for me, though I agree that's the way it should be -- what we need to strive for.
This will awaken the sleeping Goddess kundalini! It goes well with where my mind is at presently, meditating on a thousand-petaled lotus. This wakes up the dormant and the divinity within, Peter.
