Your poem poses a good question. It takes people of great courage to go against the power of despots. Even evidenced here in United States. We all have to quit honoring wealth and power and choose leaders who are kind and generous. But some still have no choice except the Internet. And through the Internet, we can change regimes.

There has got to be a better way to settle differences than war. Hopefully, there are those courageous enough to step up in Russia and take Putin down.

Unfortunately evil will never be eradicated in our lifetimes nor can armed conflicts. As long as there are men who rule countries with the might of Russia we will need equal or greater force to keep them in line. Sanctions and political chatter may help but the sad part is they take time and a lot of people will die before they have any real affect. Prayers are great but maybe we need to be praying for is that the civilized powers that be with or without NATO come together in a show of force that will drive back and make a dictator realize the world cannot be bullied and he can no longer do whatever pleases his own interest.
