Heat Goddess © 2009 Craig Wickersham Hot, Baby, Hot

When the August sun burns hot, my love for you comes to thought. Free of clothes in this heat, our dance of love is so sweet. Our dance of love burns eternal, our dance of love becomes inferno, in the August heat. And when the nighttime comes around, the beat picks up to the sound. The heat surrounds us like a glove, as we dance to the beat of love. As if in a hypnotic trance, our senses heighten to the dance, In the August heat. The moon and stars dance the night, to their rhythm we hold tight. When the ecstasy of desire, overcomes, we retire. To in the morning awake, emerge, and feel the sun bake. In the August heat. Summertime and the loving is easy! August makes loving very special Ron. Both of my children were born in May? I guess that adds some credence to my perspective on the subject. I like the way you presented this. Slowly building the emotion and then, "to in the morning awake, emerge and feel the sun bake". A passionate work finely crafted. If its hot out your way, keep it; if it is only hot in your mind even, just keep it there for we just had a week of beautifully cool temps out this way, now we are in for more 90 degree days this week, then hopefully another cool down...I think winter is fast approaching, fortunately or unfortunately, depending on your point of view...Ed
