In the next two weeks, I am writing two poems, and perhaps an article on the subjects of diversity and assimilation. They are opposites, but both are working in our world and we need to understand them better. I am 100% heterosexual, but understand that there are people born with both sexual organs. Should we despise them or should we treat them as human beings like the rest of us?

Kinsey Model of Human Sexual Preference Diversity Opposites attract, but similars get along. In Mother Nature's grand plan, making new generations strong. Earth's myriad varied environments, provides an endless array of niches, for life to grow, reproduce and evolve, into a variety that only enriches. All life comes from a single DNA. A DNA that grows, and changes, replicates and rearranges, as radiation randomly engages. Predator and prey in the food chain, assure that the weak and sick, are culled from their difficult niche, ensuring survival of the gene rich. The result is a vast array, of varied and divergent life. Some of it frightful, some of it grand. Surviving and thriving across the land. The beauty of divergence, is understanding its value, in Mother Nature's grand plan, we must allow diversity to stand. Copyright 2019 © Ronald W. I AGREE WITH YOU, RONALD. AND I WOULD LIKE TO SAY IT OFTEN AMAZES ME HOW YOU, NOT BELIEVING IN GOD, OFTEN SHARE WORK THAT AGREES WITH THE WORD OF GOD. I AGREE THAT, INDEED, THERE ARE DIVERSITIES AND THAT THERE ARE CHOICES TO BE MADE ALWAYS. GOD GAVE US THE RIGHT AND THE ABILITY TO 'CHOOSE' THE ROADS WE TAKE IN LIFE. HE ALSO LET US KNOW THAT THOUGH WE MIGHT BECOME CONFUSED AND THINK THERE ARE MANY ROADS, THERE ARE REALLY ONLY TWO. AND MANKIND, WITH ALL THEIR DIFFERENCES, CAN CHOOSE WHAT ROAD THEY WANT TO TAKE AND HAS A 'GOD GIVEN RIGHT' TO DO SO. SO THEN, I AM IN TOTAL AGREEMENT WITH YOUR LAST STANZA WITH BUT ONE CHANGE; THE BEAUTY OF DIVERGENCE, IS UNDERSTANDING ITS VALUE, IN "GOD'S" GRAND PLAN, WE MUST ALLOW DIVERSITY TO STAND. I THINK THAT IT'S BEEN PROVEN THAT SOME DO MUCH MORE HARM AND ARE MORE DESTRUCTIVE AND CAUSE MORE PAIN AND HURT TRYING TO 'RECTIFY' WHAT OR WHO THEY FEEL NEEDS TO BE RECTIFIED... THEN THOSE TARGETED EVER HAS. WE CANNOT UNDERSTAND ALL GOD ALLOWS, BUT BY FAITH WE KNOW HE HAS EVERYTHING IN HIS HANDS, COMPLETELY. THANKS FOR SHARING, MY FRIEND. In mother Nature's grand plan,
We must allow diversity to stand.

So well put to wrap up this poem and so necessary to identify and say out loud. A fine poem, Ron, on an important topic that needs better understanding. Thank you for writing this.

No one wants to be gay, until they find themselves there one day.

The only thing constant, is change. Diversity makes us stronger as a whole, We just need to get past past our own individual prejudices. If everything was the same, it would be one boring world to live in.
