This is a great image: "falling daggers", then, that last line comes to complete the visual effect with your subtle sense of humor.

Wish we had ice, rather than the threat of hail, high winds, tornadoes (especially to the southeast of here, but too danged close for my liking) ... just be safe, 'hear? Pray for us, we'll keep you in prayer! Very clever description.
