No tricks. Just a treat for y'all to enjoy. :) (Although at the time, I didn't think it funny.)

Who needed ghosts or goblins,
witches or vampires, or a
creature from the Black Lagoon
when I had hubby for the
job?  He'd wait until I was
deeeeeeeep into a horror flick,
then would sneeeeeaaaaak up behind with
a BOO!!!!  (I'd just about wet
my pants.)  Or else, he'd put an
ice.  Cold! hand down the back of
my neck and laugh when I !! screamed !!
One of his favorite tricks
(no treat for me) was to throw
a fake spider on my lap
(heeHEE, watch her wig).  You'd think
I'd learn, but he'd get me each
and ev'ry time.  No wonder
I am the way I am, when
Vincent Price lived in the house!

Cute, Karla...but I think you have to figure out a way to scare him back. Sorry, I haven't a clue to share with you, but I'm sure you'll come up with something. :)

Don't know about all the "tricks and trappings", Karla, but when I am engrossed and my antennae are all out on stalks, just someone breaking the spell by talking to me or coming within my space can make my heart stop and my breathe take seizure... And Vincent Price?? Perhaps you were ASKING for trouble in that case, Darlin... hardly the most comforting of companions!! :)) Just one final word.... BOOOOOOOO! :)) LOL K xx

May never learn but when the day comes he stops whether you think you might or not you will miss it. Enjoy the cheap thrills and allow him his giggles.

Horrors of horrors Karla!! My brothers had the rubber cockroaches they'd place in inconspicuous drawers, window sills, in my purse...just anywhere. I would scream and my friends would hate them more...dirty little devils. Halloween is so much fun in spite of the jokes played.
Love,
Susan

If he ever did that to me, I'd knock his lights out! There's times to be funny, but I think he went a bit overboard! a very cute write, though; enjoyed~ Well done; brava!

Happy Hallowe'en, anyway, and may there be no spiders or creepy crawlies in your celebration! :) *BOOOOO!* (SORry! Couldn't resist! LOL)
