i am a little kitty cat,
i'm not too thin--i'm not too fat,
i'm of the female persuasion,
and i have a situation!

have a bit of a problem here,
and *i* find it rather severe,
i wanna play...see, i'm in heat,
studly boy cats i wanna meet!

but this is where my problem lies,
nobody's here to hear my cries,
i'm all alone--my "pets" have left,
not back from their vacation yet!

don't panic...someone's watching me,
twin neighbors keep me company,
they feed me, and they pet my fur,
and they laugh at my chirps and "mrrrrs!

i am more than ready to play,
(i hope they let me out today)
but they won't let me out of doors,
all i can do is pace the floor!

i meow and meow...it does no good,
they think i'm hungry...need more food,
no! that's not it, not it at all!!
don't they understand "caterwaul"?

i wind around both of their legs,
i really, *really* hate to beg,
but noooo...i'm still inside my home!
positively won't let me roam!

can't anybody see my need?
how much more should i beg and plead?
go from one window to the next
i'm more than ready for some sex!!
