I bury my heart
into the dark, rich earth
a time capsule
without time
do not dig for me
and you shall never see
do not search
hidden, intentionally lost
submissively empowered
dominantly broken
what you're selling
I don't want it anymore
fingers used to play
across these keys
small circlets of white
shining through the dust
untouched for centuries
dust settled and sure
disturb this instrument no more
lost, intentionally hidden
I've buried my soul
in the dark, rich earth
enforced solitude
while its life slowly
infiltrates my flesh
humming, thrumming
living entity
dark, rich energy
flowing through me
becoming the earth
I find myself suddenly
too heavy, too dense
for you to comprehend
let the grave settle around me
let the dirt fill my nostrils
as my eyes close in serenity
and the world above
becomes blissfully absent
I won't be your ghost
for I'm too busy
becoming my corpse.
