forgive me if I'm feeling slightly suicidal
toying with the thought of the unforgivable
what if, what if, oh Lord, what if I just did it
knowing how little it would matter in the end
as a ghost I would have no heart to break
I could be a little girl all over again
only this time I would really be a kid
no one to yell at me and scare the hell out of me
no one to lock me up and forget about me
no little baby to take care of
because his mamma forgot where home was
I could even watch cartoons all day
what do I care about this world and its bullshit intentions
I dont wanna be here anymore mamma
you've never been a shoulder for me to cry on
I'm sick of being the one to hold you and everyone else together
nineteen years fighting just to live and all for what?
to finally learn to trust a man ...to love
just to have him break my heart
what an anticlimax

You know, if I didn't know better, I would swear I have known you all my life ~ you've got something, and in this poem, I think I see you girl.
