It's been a long, long night,
Who needs sleep anyway?
Bring it on, I'm ready,
For whatever goes wrong today.

I know that God won't give me,
More than I can handle;
But lately it just seems,
I'm burning both ends of the candle.

Five hundred thousand a year,
I guess that's something I could take;
Nah, I couldn't handle all that,
Besides, no way I'd be a fake!

CEO, failed his company,
So he deserves to get bailed out;
This country's in a heap of trouble,
And that is a fact, have no doubt.

I'm sorry to have written this,
I think I may be sleep deprived;
I'm going to crawl in a corner,
And find a quiet place to hide.
