with respect for all those who defend our freedom...my pen...still... with ink runs freely.
If my guardian angel... would but grant me just one wing... then by chance... I might lift my soul... just high enough...above this earth... somewhere... between here...and the heavens. Perhaps just enough distance... into the atmosphere... so that I might not confront... the hurt in my heart... distance my being...from the loss of lives... I fear... in the days of our world...before us. And yet... how do I honor... with respect... these soldiers... angels in armor... who choose to defend... my freedom...of homeland... and thought? *With confusion of thought...* and pain in heart... it hurts to recognize... that any mother's child... of any continent... be taken forever...from the womb... and later... from her heart. such honor and beauty in your words
love of country and patriotism

your gift of poetry reminds us all
that America is worth fighting for
liberty, peace and brotherhood
all valiant goals

that liberty is precious
and freedom is a God given

There is so much pain involved in the life of freedom, unfortunately one's heart is broken many times over....Mother's all over the world are feeling this emotion, for the freedom of the world...a high price to pay to live in the comforts of peace...

You have written with the wings of Angels a tribute that sails ....
