I don't know about any contest, but I've been reading a lot o poetry about cheese. Well, here's my contribution -- with my apology for the lack of civility.

Who was it who started the poems
about the beauty of cheese.
Perhaps it was Ed but it doesn’t matter
several have tried to please.

There have been some great poems
and some of them even rhyme.
Every persons contributes
with their talent and their time.

Each log-in there’s another
poem about this dairy stuff
each one as good as the others,
when do we know it’s enough?

When we determine we are done
and everyone one agrees,
perhaps in our great unity
we can all cut the cheese!
