looking downwards
beyond my feet into compassion sweeping its energy through my center truth is always here freeing a force of life the rapid is slowing a still point disempowers any need of outcome the ultimate empowerment divinely unfolds and releases each being from shame or blame this was not a place of logic that aggressive force of reason here the wind whispers its own belief system like a book of secrets alive here and now and with each pause of breath the heart awakes to ecstasy and the magic of you

Photo and verses complement one another to effectively present your insights, Debby. I took a photo from that same spot a few years ago when we visited Yellowstone National Park. What an awesome place. So many contrasts. Thank you for sharing this gift. Love and blessings to you,
I read your poem “looking downwards “. If you understood the three powers you mentioned, keep “the wind whispers“ alive in you, you will feel the beauty of life. Keep going my sister
You speak of the greatest muse ever - the essence of life. Delightful poem dear Debby. There is a scene very similar to this below Navajo Lake in Utah. For over a mile the water tumbles down through a gorge, out through a sinkhole, and disappears into the distance.
Blessings ...

I am always amazed by the holism in your writes, Debby. It is like the hum and thread of life just attaches nature to your inner being and wherever you are in the world, you are so completely relaxed and in touch, both with your very own essence and that which you are enjoying of others (animate and inanimate) around you. Another thought-provoking and mind-expanding poem which leaves me breathless. TY and safe and wondrous journeying. Love, Kate xx
Looking down from up there is like looking down with the eyes of the eagles, and an impulse overcomes one, like we know that we could fly if we dare.

I know this place. Looking north
It is called "Artists Point"
one doesn't have to wonder why.
