The opening of the flower's petals is like the unfolding lover's desire, especially that of a woman. And this blossom to me symbolizes the innocence of first attraction which grows to affection and then of passion's first flame because of the colors. One of my favorite flowers! Beautiful photo and poetry, Victoria(wish I had your graphic skills). You are a true artist...
