Y'know, if all politicians had read this before the election, perhaps they would have seen no point to all the mudslinging. Like always, Lori, you never fail to make me smile and think all in one.
This is satire at its best, Lori. As true as these words are, I still had to laugh as I read along. I suppose the gloating would be in the fact that it took votes from other than the conservatives to cause the elections to end up as they did. Sometimes we see unexpected insight, even among the liberals. Sorry, Diana, I just couldn't resist a little dirt wiping.

Clever write Lori--but, it's a contradiction of yourself. You are young, beautiful, educated, talented and respected. Now let's move on and get back to writing poetry without wiping dirt on the faces of others.

Oh there are some people in the den and we know who they are that would call this gloating, but then....what the hell. I am always amazed as to what sorry losers they are. If they win they gloat bigtime, if they lose, they cry foul.

A wonderful satire, Lori. There is a laugh in here which in the beginning is no thicker than a smile but gains when you arrive at these two two lines:
