I poured my thoughts out on paper and drank the daylight in .
Strong winds blew the day along and poetry began to spin .
Snow fell down upon the ground as thoughts drifted to the sky .
The outside world disappeared there was mist inside my eye .
I couldn’t see a single thing as hailstones hit the streets .
As the mist left my eyes I poured myself between the sheets .
Several of my poems were written through tear filled eyes, but the feeling of release was incredible when I was done. Just reading this brings tears to my eyes as I think back.
