Spring brings with it
A renewal of all things
Not just nature-
But the human heart

Summer is a time
For the beach
Picnics and swimming
Love continues-

Fall's vivid colors
Preparation for winter
Remember leaves burning?
Romance sets in-

Winter brings blistery cold and snow 
Fireplaces, hot cocoa, ice skating
Hockey, board games
The end of a love affair-

The four seasons are so much more
Days,months and a new year begins
Enjoy all the seasons...
Love will come again... .. .

I see the last two lines of this poem as being the message within this, Deborah. "Enjoy all the seasons...Love will come again..." is saying to me that there is something to love in each of the four. Great sense-perceptive writing; smells, color, temperature, taste, sound of crackling leaves and beach waves. Your choice of the four square illustration is wonderful. ~~ Diana

It can't be undone, we have seasons in the Sun. As your poem so beautifully relates, there is always hope for a new spring, a new beginning, for love.
