where luminous poppy, sage and lupine do grow,
in a glorious place they call Charmlee.

Come amble with me amid wild chaparral and majestic oak,
where mountain lions, rattlers and gophers do thrive,
in a beautiful place they call Charmlee.

Come dawdle with me in this sun-drenched land,
where bunny, butterfly and bluejay do romp,
in an enchanting place they call Charmlee,

Yes, come linger with me by the shimmering sea,
while we nourish our souls with nature's glow,
