What is it that hits me so many times.

I am never bruised though beaten not once but many times some evenings. Blows that flay me at twenty miles per hour yet not one hurts they are so soft so gentle just raindrops falling from the heavens.

But when they turn to sleet they can become quite stinging.

Enjoyed your gentle depiction of falling rain.

Raindrops keep falling on my head, but I'm not dead--yet.
