I hope you're all enjoying early fall and the last of cabin times.
Up a peninsula a very green way is a place called Ellison Bay Two cabins, beach house tucked away "Professors Row" the locals say Serve blue ice cream at the creamery Guess what flavor it's a mystery We relax take in the sun Kayak the bay swim for fun Lemon whitefish on the barbecue eat meals outside fresh cherry pie too The gin and tonics are strong and sour as we view sunset at twilight hour

How delightful! I believe that was blueberry ice cream. And you brought back memories of the cottage in northern Wisconsin. Where something was always on the barbecue grill and the evenings were magic with all of the wild birds flying by. I really miss those days that your poem brought back.
