"Let not religions parade on public roads" says a lot about the power of religion and their warring gods. To many Americans, the flag is their religion. They wave the flag and wave their guns as though ordained to use them for violence, not peace. Religion spouts peace, but condones war--even backs war by being on the side of the winner every time.
