[After the comment on my Hippies story, I thought of dubbing your Lordship: "Miss-ReadeRon" forever, but...] In any case, you stumble again in minor details: "...and how uninhabitable except for our little blue planet." You must be kidding, of course!!! - like giving my age as 45 in the story.
At least, your boss, you and I are consistent about the scriptures. It's amazing, isn't it that Creators of the Uni/Multi-Verses had no idea or inkling whatsoever of what astrophysicists already suspected/knew a century or so ago!!!
Still, it's also an amazing insight on the part of Carl Sagan to have underlined the scientific basis for the Hindu notion of the Brahman Day and Brahman Night, and for Carl Jung to have prefaced the Taoist foundations of the Yi Jing. All Hail to poor humiliated Galileo!!!

Kudos for writing about dark matter and energy back in 2015. I've always been fascinated with what astrophysicists and other scientists are continuing to find out about our universe.
Back in the 1980s, my boss would often remark to me about some papers in his office being lost in a "black hole." I find our little problems minuscule, too, when compared with how vast our universe really is. How violent, and how uninhabitable except for our little blue planet.
Why I don't dwell on creators and all of that bull crap because it really doesn't make any difference. The more we know scientifically (not biblically--that's backward), the less we know. Why worry about it during our short lives. Our progeny will do wonders we never could conceive, even in our wildest fiction. I just let it be at that and look backward only to improve history, not bury it in shame or prejudice.
