I can still remember the overwhelming beauty and magnificance of the Grand Canyon . . . when you see it ... or any other of nature's wonders ... you want to be part of it, absorb it into your being simply just to understand and know its purity. Coming from "Little England", your lavish verses bring something of the scope, grandeur and awesomeness of the world's bigger canvasses before my eyes, and this is a fabulous tribute to one of the globe's finest. Excellent poetry on a subject very dear to me,so true she does not demand and yet she does NEED the gentleness of caring humans toward her 'INCREASE HER BEAUTY' even moreso than she does.Many of her creatures are near extinction and many of her rivers in peril.Your totally beautiful poem draws attention to her preciousness and worth...bravo!
