...OUCH!!!

tHANKFULLY THERE IS NOXEMA...

Poem Artwork

Like eggs in a fry pan,

Or lard from a can,

I sat on the beach today,

Got burned before a tan…

Only three hours of scorching sun,

Walked the beach a few times looking for fun,

My face is red like a ripened tomato,

Nothing did I get fortunately on my bun’s…

I used sun screen,

My next shower in I will scream,

Gotta remember to use cooler water,

Or as far away as Texas in the city of Aberdeen,

They will hear me most extreme…

Ouch!!!! Know the feeling soooooooooo well! I found that drinking a whole lot of water keeps the skin hydrated and keeps it from drying and peeling..it also cools the surface and minimizes the burn area too.Be careful....the pain is here in your poem.

Great - it's a little late to change our first comic book series to 'The Jersey Lobster.' I hope you didn't singe your fur. And I hope you cool down soon.

PS Dog Spittle helps take out the sting of sunburns. Ask Rufuz to assist you.

oh, I know the feelin' it happens to fair-skinned people.
Once I was crying with the pain, throwing wet towels on my back and writhing in agony..... and the tan only fades for god sake. In Victorian times, a pale face was all the rage, showed you didn't have to work outside with your hands like a manual labourer.... they were big snobs in those days, though!

While I deeply empathize my Good mate, ahhhh come to the land of searing sun, that scorches hides in minutes, not hours.
We have a hole in the ozone layer right over our heads here in south of OZ, fair dinkum, would I lie to you?
And I am glad your buns werent baked, yeeeooooowwww.
Eileen is right, forget the butter it just cooks it worse, go and find an aloe vera plant, or purchase the pulp from the drug store, and rub liberally all over....heals in quarter of the time.
Here, we cover up, or sizzle like a sausage LOLOL, NOT!!!

Even an old salt like you never learns! poor ed;-) Rufuz Daddy needs help;-) Butter is the worst thing. put ice in a soft cloth and let it melt, ring it out then pat your skin with it. Best thing is don't get burned!
