Will he ever return,
From his seafaring adventure,
Out to sea he did this morning travel,
His mate left at home to become unraveled…
He followed the humans & their boats,
Warm they were clothed in their winter coats,
His feathers only thing to keep him warm,
Had to go, to sow his wild oats…
She awaits him, overlooking his sea,
Screams her call like that of a banshee,
Hopes she does to see again he,
This idea of him departing,
Was more than she could logically agree,
His beak once more she wishes she could see…
