Born in the sands of yesterday
Nurtured in the shallows
Bathed by “MOM” oceans action of the wave
When I do die the ocean & beach my grave…
Recharged the batteries of life
To escape the stresses and strife
My ocean gives of me comfort rife
Nothing can change my mind
Not even a surgical knife…
Remembrances of memories
Childhoods past a thousand years
So much I do shed a million tears
Each time I visit another memory
To come home with thought souvenirs…
There on my beach I do find a peace
Nowhere else does my soul experience release
I am of my ocean a non-denominational priest…

The BEACH is the place to be
My spirit knows of this FREE Peace!
What a release we can feel
as we walk down the paths, with no known tracks!
Run back Quick! It needs your spirit too! It's also where ALL TEARS are kept! as many have wept... That will be my Grave, cremet. and blessings and let my flowwwww keep releasing!

I love the ocean too. How I am going to survive living in the Midwest? The offset is having the lake outside my window, but a lake is not the sea. Memories of beaches. . . how they succor me when I feel sad. Thank you for writing this poem.
Cheers,
Dan

Being by the beach is a place of serenity, indeed - well done, you take me there. :)
(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
And keep letting Her re-charge your batteries.
(And good thing I got here before Scott; he always says what I was gonna say!)
