Poem Artwork

There when I have a need,

To mom Ocean I do plead,

Strength given, I do heed,

Always I follow her lead…

She’s taught me many a lesson,

With her I’ve learned no messin’,

She is a powerful task master,

She’s done more for me,

Than has any church related pastor…

She wipes away tears with a spray of salt,

She doesn’t accept self pity, she begs of me to halt,

She shows love with a hint of discipline,

She doesn’t endorse nor does she accept sin,

She does desire of me to just permanently accept to win…

Self pity is a waste of precious time that could be spent for introspection to get you back on track. But then again, self pity is nessesary because no one else will do it for you.
Take care my chilly friend,

The seas gives and the seas takes, treat it with love and respect and she will take you in her arms and you will never want.

Say Hi to Mom Ocean for me, and feed some of Her hungry Seagulls today. And then get back to bonding with those cute little skunky guys!

Oh you are a winner and to have a Mom like that is something...What a boy, what a Mom, she'll keep you straight that's for sure, does she take you along on her Hurricane rides, that would be so much fun. Love and hugs, Bonnie
