Surfs up,

Ten foot swells,

Rip tides,

Hit the bottom,

You’ll hear heavens bells…

 

Should I go out,

Is it worth one good ride,

This time the weatherman didn’t lie,

The ocean is showing off her power,

Between me and her would be a fighting bout…

 

Getting beyond the breakers, the worst,

Most of the way out you could hear me curse,

Board barely touching the wave,

Plowing into the beach headfirst…
