Poem Artwork

Its comin’,

We’re gonna get wet,

Now the storm that did a lot get,

Is starting here, we are about to be gotten…

Heavy rains & high winds,

A good day to go to the shore tomorrow,

Love the beach in a storm,

This one from the land it has been born…

Looks like the last day for warmth,

After tomorrow winter starts with a passion,

But there’s really no difference, its an every winter fashion,

I guess to a degree I do look forward to its arrival,

Then when its at its height, I look forward to spring,

Then we can again say, through the winter we achieved survival…

Our friend Ed is never a bore
He often travels to the shore
He watches the waves crash
Thinks it's quite the bash
Even when he's soaked to the core

There you go, bro. You ignited my limerick fuse. LOL! Love and peace,

Regis

So true. Here in Nova Scotia though the temperatures are below freezing and doubt if we will see rain again till spring. Hang in there brother...

We've only just begun...to drift
Snowflakes and misery, frozen pipes
And we're on our way
for our evac center stay
We've only just begun...
