All white for the first time this winter,

Blowing snow off the ocean onto the beach,

Maybe only a dusting or so will lay,

Mother Nature lovingly creating a snow day…

I watch it through my window with wonder,

Like a little kid seeing the snow for the first time,

I want to go out and drive around some,

But I don’t want to create any further, on the road, blunder…

So with our first snow,

All of you should know,

The first one is the best,

Hopefully though there will be no more I can call the rest…
