Wanted to go to the beach,
Wanted to blow off some steam,
Wanted to maybe even take a swim,
Instead we have had enough rain here,
To give me in my yard a swimming stream…
This weather wasn’t predicted,
Maybe a thunderstorm “could” pass,
But not a constant drizzle like this,
Well at least we get some rain,
Unlike other areas where Nature has of rain restricted…
