Springs Snow...

No, thankfully,no more snow, just kind of popped into my head mid day...

Spring be falling so white & cold,
Covering clean cars with wet gold.

Been coming down since early morn,
For warmer temps it makes me mourn.

Will green ever again be present on grass & trees,
To you our lord dear God I am down on my knees.

Please talk to old man winter & make him leave,
So tired am I of wearing long sleeves.

I don’t need immediately summers extremes,
Just a few days, please, to change my darkened nightmares,
To bright & blue with wind free dreams…

Spring is here,
and we still have snow.
