You do love the ocean. So do I. Too bad I don't to get to visit often.

I'd love the beach,

I don't have the affection that you do for the beach. But I didn't grow up and have my childhood there like you did, and that's probably what makes the difference--memories.

I find a lake of freshwater, surrounded by trees and some hilly terrain to be my ideal location. Long stretches of beach that only provide variety with what washes up on them and endless ocean with only what is swimming in the water of any real variety, a bit bleak like a desert stretching as far as the eye can see.

So true that Mother Ocean always attracts and not just in the summer. Still, you have presented here a tempting scene of how nature can fill us with its harmony and light.

Clearly, you love the sea, Ed. Here, it has been raining every day for the past several ones. No biking. But I love the rain. We had a very long and dry summer and this is like a balm. I go out and feel my girl's touch on my face (liquid loveliness). Be well, friend. Love and peace,
