Humankind has been looting Earth’s life for so long, it has become second nature to amass great wealth of no use except bragging rights.

All Life Supports Our Life by Ron AI

Life

Life is a marvel to behold,

With everything growing,

From birth until old.

Reproducing into the fold.

Interconnected in so many ways,

Making use of both nights and days.

Made up of both predator and prey,

Necessary to balance the sway.

Enriching the Earth’s thin soil,

With countless species’ spoil.

Enriching the Earth’s thin atmosphere,

With oxygen enough to spare.

Enter the most aggressive life form,

Seeking to exploit regardless of harm.

Life becomes made of metal and rust,

With it, the destruction of all trust.

Life becomes digital at its core,

Organic life can survive no more.

All life topples down the food chain.

What is progress when there is no gain?

A lot to think about in this poem; I like the rendering of your AI. It speaks to the interconnectedness of life and how exploitation can interfere with it. We are certainly in a difficult period of time...

Thank you,

Myra

FOR ME, THERE IS A SCRIPTURE THAT SURELY EXPRESSES THE PROBLEM THIS WORLD IS FACING(PARAPHRASED); '...WHAT DOES IT PROFIT A PERSON IN GAINING THE WEALTH OF THE WORLD...BUT LOSING HIS SOUL...?' WE HAVE LOST OUR APPRECIATION FOR THOSE RICH, PRICELESS BLESSINGS, WHICH WE CANNOT...BUY. BLESSINGS WHICH ARE NOT FOUND IN THE LOVE OF MONEY, BUT FOUND ONLY IN THE BEAUTIFUL, REVELATORY LIGHT OF THE LOVE OF GOD. THIS IS, INDEED...VERY SAD. ENJOYED, RON AND THANKS FOR SHARING. LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...HIS+INSPIRATIONS
