Your images just grabbed on to me and dragged me into your verses, Karla. So amazing are the forces of nature that man has never been able to control her in any way. There will never be a way to saddle the wind or ride the thunder.

Wow Karla What a griping poem you really captured what I believe hurricanes would be like, Wicked!! and the picture is Scarey. I can't even imagine and to think people leave their animals behind to endure that Wickedness as they run away. Very powerful poem!
