From one extreme to another; from severe storms to severe ... clear; it's nice to see the sun after so long. One last gasp of stormy weather yesterday evening; the clouds built up, only to fall down as twilight gathered its skirts around the setting sky. God left behind a painting for eyes to recall what tranquility is about: images of beauty; pictures of peace captured on film and mind.
A beautiful photo and a wonderful write, we were the one's that got pounded last night with the high winds, hail, and heavy downpours, come a wash out here! Scary stuff, thought about you and Karen as I watched the storm going from bad to worse...but all's well that ends well! Only minor damage to the garden, lots of leafs and pine needles in our gutters, but nothing that can't be cleaned up or repaired. Enjoyed your write my friend!
Blessings,
Joyce B.
Last Saturday our yard sale turned into a disaster..
Big storm came up, we didn't have time to get stuff
back into the carport.

Karla, a great photo illustrating the brightness of the light trying to peep through the dark clouds...providing a sense of tranquility...I loved this!
God is in the storms, but He is also in control of ALL the weather. Very beautiful write, and lovely accompanying photo; sheer perfection! BRAVA, Karla, very well done!

This is the stuff of poets dear Karla. I like the way 'severe clear' tastes on the tongue too. Well done! Blessings! Enjoy the peace ...
