Fantastic! An artist sees beauty in this. I once took a pic that was underexposed. It was of a friend of mine. Trying to do an artsy thing with her in the grass holding a lily. The background was completely dark and all you could see was her face, arm and lily illuminated with light. It was beautiful. As is this ku, Karla!!

Your poem and the image really touches me Karla. I detest fog - almost got attached once while walking my dog on a foggy night. Luckily another stranger came to my rescue. Your poetry never ceases to amaze me. You're one of the finest contemporary poets I know of.
