A break from the storms until later tonight and continuing through the rest of the week. Yes, some could be severe - say a prayer - and thank you -

Thunder is quite rare here but that was not the case during my childhood in northern Alberta. I recall that thunder would literally shake the house. Your verses have brought back vivid memories. Thank you, Karla. Love and best wishes,

Regis

Love the "pealed"/"peeled" imagery! You folks in TX have been getting tropical deluges--we could use a little of yours...

Excellent. I think it was the angels who said "fear not" a few hundred times when visiting us littluns on the Earth. I'd choose that option. Keeps well under the shadow of His wings. Hugs, J'nia

KARLA - substitute STORM for SICK ...

Why Worry?

There are only two things to worry about:
Either you are well or you are sick.
If you are well, then there is nothing to worry about.

But if you are sick, there are two things to worry about:
Either you will get well or you will die.
If you get well, there is nothing to worry about.

If you die, there are only two things to worry about.
Either you will go to Heaven or Hell.
If you go to Heaven, there is nothing to worry about.

But if you go to Hell, you’ll be so darn busy,
Shaking hands with friends,
You won’t have time to worry.

How RUDE! Being awakened by nature's thundery call in the middle of the night! LOL Then people wonder why I am scared of thunderstorms, especially at night! Very well penned; brava!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your (reluctant) chase partner and twin, Karen Lynn. :D
